WORK EXPERIENCE:

Ø Working as Senior Lab Assistant in Everest Biotech Pvt. Ltd. Kathmandu, Nepal from 6^th February 2006.

Major duties and responsibilities:

· SDS-PAGE of lysate from different human tissue and different cell lines

· Western blotting

· ELISA of the antibodies purified by affinity chromatography.

· Helper in animal cell culture.

Academic Qualification

Experimental skills:

Ø Isolation of protein, DNA, RNA, spectrophotometry, and colorimetry, and electrophoretic technique, ELISA and other immune techniques.

Ø Protein/ enzyme assay.

Ø Recombinant DNA technology

Ø Plant tissue culture, animal tissue culture techniques.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION:

Ø 8 weeks basic course in MS office, Kathmandu, Nepal.

Ø Basic level course (3 months) in German Language, Kathmandu , Nepal.
